Here’s how it works:
- The email your clients receive will come from you, sent “via Updater”. A unique link in the email will direct each client to their Updater dashboard, where they'll find a personalized digital moving tool experience.
- Prior to sending this communication to your client, we'll send you a heads-up email to let you know which clients will receive an Updater invite.
- We recommend telling your clients that they'll receive an email invite from you. Let them know that it's for a platform called Updater, which will support all of their moving needs.l
